Application form
There is no printed form for application. The application may be sent in plain paper giving the following details :
1. Bio-data, along with details of original work.
2. Experience in the field of specialization.
3. Project proposed to be undertaken (A synopsis neatly typed in double space in not more than a thousand words)
4. A copy of recent passport size photograph.
5. Undertaking in the following format.

give an undertaking that consequent upon the award of Jawaharlal Nehru Fellowship to me for my project,

I shall prepare the manuscript of my work within a period of three years from the date the Fellowship is availed of by me. However, I shall not seek any financial assistance or any other help from the Fund office in connection with the publication of the book.
